hello dear one some little tid bits about myself :
 since june 07'  i've really delved into a beautifully healing  love affair with raw / living organic foods straight from mother earths bountiful garden  -our world today is full of so much processed goods and information that i find myself lost in a maze of words and chemicals i can't even pronounce..i thrive as a much happier and healthier being when i skip the additives and go right to the simple pure natural source-also new experiences of awakening to what pure food can taste like has been a real treat! at a cellular level i feel my body shifting and alining with a more expanded natural state of being in accord with the seasons and cycles that nature provides.. … and not only am i healthier than i've ever been physically- i'm experiencing and am radiating joy at ever increasing vibrations as a result…yeah healing from the inside out! 
my spirit desires a strong flexible body temple so taoist yoga,intuitive streching, qi gong and tai chi all make up a regular practice as well as jumping on trampolines and dancing up a storm and cultivating a vivatious sweat rank high on my to do lists…
i am an artist and a flegling musician…guitar and now harmonium + mountian dulcimer + auto harp…i love to sing hence the instrument accompanyment…dancing is a deep felt passion that nourishes my soul…i love being out in nature especially extended stays under starry skies and moonlit hikes …i'm just going into solar gazing as part of my healing…shamanism is near and dear to my heart and practice-the drum! wow,such a magical and sacred healing instrument of light… i'm  also an intuitive massage therapist who shares nurturing touch focused on restorative healing using the bodies natural intelligence to free up any blocked energy and instill a re-remembrance of our divine whole/holy presence ;spirits incarnated in matter sacramentaly rooted in the now moment.. may we all flow with the tao in all areas of our life…
